Before you write

Installation, system requirements and licence activation are covered on the support page, and most questions are answered in the FAQ.

Existing orders

Neither instrument has shipped yet, so there are no orders to look up. Once they do, licence keys arrive by email, and keys, machines and installers are in your account.

Reporting a problem

Three things make a report useful: your operating system and version, your DAW and version, and what you did immediately before it went wrong.
